General Instructions

1. First, make sure you have a Metamask Wallet:  https://metamask.io/download/

2. Second, you need USDC in your Metamask Wallet (at least $200): USDC can be purchased from Coinbase or other centralized cryptocurrency exchanges. https://blog.coinbase.com/send-and-receive-crypto-on-multiple-networks-starting-with-polygon-and-solana-e03d8480fe54

3. You also need MATIC in your Metamask Wallet as well (at least 2): https://www.coinbase.com/how-to-buy/polygon

4. Once you have both USDC and MATIC in your Metamask wallet, come back to the Epidaurus website and connect your Metamask wallet by clicking the ‘Connect Wallet’ button.

5. Your metamask will automatically open up; confirm the connection.

6. Now you will see an input box to put the USD amount in, and a button next to it. Enter the USD amount that you want to purchase EPiDs with and click the button.

7. Your Metamask wallet will open up once to approve the USD spend, approve it and wait 10-60 seconds.

8. Metamask will open up again to make the actual purchase transaction, approve it and wait 10-60 seconds.

9. You have successfully purchased Epidaurus Token!

Adding Metamask to the browser

​

1. Open your preferred browser (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge.)

2. Go to https://metamask.io/download/ and download the add-on.

3. Change the network (on top of the wallet to the right) to Polygon Mainnet

   1. If you don’t see the Polygon Mainnet among the networks listed click ‘Add a Network’ and insert the following information:

1. Press ‘Save’ and you should now be on the Polygon network.

2. Once you are on the Polygon Mainnet, open another tab in the same browser window.

   1. Go to https://polygonscan.com/token/0xe0d4bf77a7c8657058f9fcc733aab01c033f4d30

   2. Click on the three dots on the upper right side of the Profile Summary card

   3. Click on "Add token to Web3 Wallet” button

   4. If you have Metamask installed, it should open up and request you to add the token.

3. Once done, you will be able to see your EPiD balance under the "Assets" tab of the Metamask wallet extension.

Adding Metamask to an iPhone

​

1. Go to the AppStore and download Metamask app

2. After installing it and initializing it (password and secret phrase) change the network to Polygon Mainnet by clicking “Wallet” on top of the screen in the center:

   1. If you don’t see the Polygon Mainnet among the networks listed click Add a Network and insert the following information:

1. Press ‘Save’ and you should now be on the Polygon network.

2. Once you are on the Polygon Mainnet, open the in-app browser

   1. Click the menu icon on top right of the screen

   2. Select ‘Browser’

   3. Go to https://polygonscan.com/token/0xe0d4bf77a7c8657058f9fcc733aab01c033f4d30

   4. Click on the three dots on the upper right side of the Profile Summary card

   5. Click on "Add token to Web3 Wallet” button

   6. If you have metamask installed, it should open up and request you to add the token

3. Once done, you will be able to see your EPiD balance under the "Assets" tab of Metamask extension
